WHFS is an annual gathering for all those interested in women’s health, fitness, and nutrition, in whatever capacity. A space to connect, share knowledge and engage with the sector, as part of an international, supportive community.

We bring together world-renowned speakers and presenters from all areas of these industries, to inform and inspire (rather than lecture). Their varied experiences and talents provide a starting point for discussion and exploration, as well as a lot of fun.

Our theme for 2016 is #Brave. Join us for another incredible summit at the RACV Club on the 10th & 11th of September, 2016.
